THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE
• Your primary strategic objective will be to manage sales operations from opportunity creation in salesforce through to order completion, allowing senior team members to focus on contract negotiations and new customer acquisition.
• You'll have clear career advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing organisation, with potential progression to supervisory roles overseeing multiple sales support coordinators or advancement into procurement and contract negotiation responsibilities as the company expands.
• You'll work within a collaborative, methodical team environment alongside the accounts team, finance, PMO, and logistics departments.
• You'll take ownership of setting up opportunities within Salesforce, creating accurate quotes and proposals.
• You'll manage the complete sales process flow, from initial opportunity creation in Salesforce through to processing orders and coordinating with the warehouse team for shipping and logistics coordination.
• You'll be responsible for following up on quotes with customers, managing DocuSign processes for contract execution, and ensuring all sales documentation meets the company's high standards for accuracy and professionalism.
• You'll track work orders through their complete lifecycle, monitoring installation progress from 0% completion when hardware is shipped through to 100% completion when devices are fully installed and operational.
• You'll coordinate with multiple stakeholders including 6 account managers, 3 sales representatives, a senior vice president, and the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• You'll maintain detailed customer records within Salesforce, ensuring all client data, sales activities, and progress tracking is accurately documented and readily accessible for reporting purposes.
• You'll support procurement activities by ensuring timely and accurate procurement of products and services required for sales and installations, working closely with suppliers and internal teams.
• You'll provide critical administrative support that enables the sales team to focus on relationship building and revenue generation, directly contributing to the company's ambitious growth targets across 40 countries.
• Your attention to detail and process management will be crucial in supporting a business that handles complex safety technology installations for major clients including AusPost, Suez, Toll, and Anglo American Australia.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
