About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and engaging Sales Associate to join our team. This is a critical, client-facing role where you will manage multiple tasks, support our sales efforts, and ensure a smooth journey for our clients from their first enquiry all the way to pre-construction.

We believe in building a role that suits the right person, and this dynamic, office-based position is designed with flexibility in mind. Whether you're looking for a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday or a permanent part-time arrangement across three or four days, we can accommodate your needs. To ensure you remain at the centre of our weekly operations, our part-time structure requires you to be here on Mondays and Fridays.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key support for our New Home Consultant, preparing documentation and managing schedules.

Qualify and nurture incoming client leads, providing exceptional customer service from the very first call.

Manage the client journey from initial enquiry to pre-construction hand-off.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for clients, answering their questions and guiding them through the process.
