The Euroluce Lighting Group are seeking experienced Sales Support coordinators with experience within the Architectural & Design, Trade and/or wholesale supply industries. The role is within the Euroluce Group..

The role supports BDM/Sales staff who promote our brands to Architects, Engineers, Lighting Designers and Interior Designers.

Candidates are required to have a can do customer service focused attitude, with a desire to satisfy the varying needs and demands of our customers at all stages of the sales process. Candidates must be self motivated with a desire to learn proactively.

Applicants must have an in depth experience in the operation of Harmoniq or similar CRM.

This varied and challenging roll incorporates, but is not limited to, the following activities

Creation of Sales quotations

Distribution of Sales quotations

Responding to product enquiries

Creation of technical product data sheets

Input and management of Sales Orders

Project management and coordination

Project Logistics Management

Invoicing and payment management.

Candidates must be Australian Citizens or hold a current Working Visa with minimum 2 years validity.

Candidates must have strong communication and problem solving skills.
