Insulate Double Glazing Pty Ltd is an established uPVC window and door manufacturing company based in Bathurst.

With the increase in the new National Construction Code (NCC 2022) of thermal performance for housing to 7 Stars and the increased in demand for our energy efficient double glazed windows and doors, we are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Tasks & responsibilities

Ensure all new and existing sales opportunities via phone, email, website or in person are actioned and entered into the CRM system in timely manner.

Draw up and generate window and door quotes using our bespoke design software, full training would be provided

Send and track quotes through our CRM from initial enquiry through to completion

Meet, greet and assist customers who attend our showroom

Manage our Social Media channels

Qualifications & experience

Excellent all-round administration skills with high level accuracy and attention to detail

Well developed spread-sheeting skills (Excel) and experience with CRMs

Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload

Previous experience in the building industry and knowledge of house plans an advantage

Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with customers, manufacturing staff and other stakeholders.
