Medical Receptionists – Full-Time & Part-Time
Join a growing and dynamic ENT Practice across Ipswich, Springfield, and Indooroopilly

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional medical receptionists (both full-time and part-time) to become part of our busy and expanding ENT Practice team.

About the Role

Successful applicants must be able to travel between all Practice locations: Ipswich, Springfield, and Indooroopilly.

Part-time role: Approx. 5 days per fortnight

Full-time and part-time shifts: Between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting and welcoming patients

Managing appointments and referrals

Answering phone calls and assisting with patient enquiries

Billing: private invoicing, Medicare, DVA, and health fund claims

Providing administrative support to ENT specialists

Liaising with hospitals and public health programs

General administrative tasks

Cleaning and processing of medical equipment and clinical rooms

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous medical reception experience (essential)

Experience using Gentu software (highly regarded)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong understanding of private billing and Medicare

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic

Flexibility with rosters and role duties

Understanding of privacy and confidentiality standards
