Our client is on the lookout for a reliable, detail-focused Field Agent to assist with property inspections, routines, entry reports and vacate inspections. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out of the office and on the road, has a great eye for detail, and is looking to break into or grow within the real estate industry.

Whether you're conducting condition reports, completing routine inspections you'll be a crucial part of delivering a smooth and professional experience for tenants and landlords.

Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections for residential properties

Take clear, detailed property photos and complete digital reports

Identify and report any maintenance issues or tenancy concerns

Attend office fo key drop-offs/pick-ups

Use property management software or apps to log inspection outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Great attention to detail and time management skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Basic tech skills – you’ll be using an app for inspections

A friendly, professional attitude and a love for working independently

Previous experience in property management and / or conducting inspections

Current Real estate registration
