Part-Time Property Manager – No Saturdays | No Trust Accounting
📍 Southside of Brisbane

We are seeking a part-time Property Manager to join our small, supportive team in southside of Brisbane - Slacks Creek/ Underwood. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to manage a small portfolio in a flexible, low-pressure environment.
What You'll Be Doing：
Manage a small, stable rent roll
Handle maintenance, inspections, and tenant/owner communication
Conduct lease renewals and entry/exit inspections
No trust accounting required
No Saturday work
Light reception duties (e.g. answering phones, assisting trades with key collections)
What We're Looking For：
Experience in property management preferred
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Strong communication and organisational skills
Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
Tech-savvy with property management software
