Require an experienced Property Manager to work 4 days per week. 9 - 2.30pm Monday - Thursday. (Flexible for the right candidate)

We are a resort with 80 quality investment properties on your portfolio we also have short stays as well.

Must have experience with Property me. (Also Resly would be an advantage)

Duties / Responsibilities

Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspection

Managing new and expiring leases

Managing rent increases and arrears

Regular communication with landlords and tenants

Managing property portfolio

Managing property maintenance

Communicating to the Body Corporate

Skills / Experience

Must have a Queensland Real Estate license

Know Property me and Resly

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Great initiative and working well unsupervised

Customer service skills

Understanding of Body Corporate and by-laws

Great environment to work!
