The role:
Based in the Palm Beach, you will take full control of the small residential portfolio, managing all facets of property management including entry/exit processes, arrears management, new and renewal of lease agreements, maintenance management, and any other duties to effectively manage the portfolio.

This role is perfect for a property manager looking for flexibility, autonomy and an enjoyable place to work.

What we are looking for:

Experience in Property Management

Excellent communication skills including a friendly and professional phone manner

Self-motivation, can-do attitude and an ability to take initiative.

Strong customer focus and natural enthusiasm

High level of accuracy and attention to details

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Knowledge of the relevant Queensland legislation

REICloud software experience (advantageous)

Manage maintenance requests.

Manage communications from landlords and tenants.
