Prowealth Estate Agents is a leading Property Management office based in Bardon. We are looking for a talented property manager for our team to overseas Maintenance and assist on Routine Inspections. An immediate start is available.

The primary role is to assist the Property Management Team with maintenance requests and routine inspections for our task based property management team. This will include dealing with owners, tenants and suppliers via phone, email and face to face onsite visits.

Based in Bardon, the role is part time and is best suited for someone looking for work during School Hours as ideally the working hours will bee 10-2pm each day for approx 20 hours per week. There may be some flexibility on hours and times but the applicant will be required 5 days per week Mon - Fri (no weekend work except for emergency).

The role could suit a property manager looking to balance work with the ability to drop off and pickoff school age children the role can be conducted during school hours.

The applicant will ideally be experienced in Property Me and have at least 3 years experience in Property Management. You will need your own car for routine inspections but a car allowance will be paid.
