About the Role

RLF AgTech Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services + Support Officer to join our growing team. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting our sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics functions, serving as the central link between internal teams, resellers, and customers to ensure outstanding service and seamless execution.

In addition to operational coordination, this role is key to delivering effective communications, marketing, and digital engagement. It requires a hands-on, creative individual who can contribute to content creation, campaign delivery, and social media management, helping to amplify RLF’s presence and connect meaningfully with our customers and reseller partners.

What you'll be doing

Supporting the sales team in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships

Updating and managing CRM systems with customer information, order histories, and communication records

Coordinating marketing campaigns, training events, webinars, and product promotions

Supporting the creation and scheduling of social media content and assisting with website updates

Maintaining and updating customer and reseller databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for campaigns

Collaborating closely with internal departments (Sales, Production, Accounts, Marketing) to ensure seamless communication and order flow

Supporting the full end-to-end customer order process - from receipt of order through to delivery and follow-up

Monitoring shared inboxes (including [email protected]) and responding to customer queries promptly and professionally

Liaising with production to confirm stock availability and coordinating transport and dispatch logistics

Tracking and confirming deliveries, and following up with customers post-delivery

Assisting in the management of Agency and Consignment stock levels

Producing weekly status reports on orders, customer communications, and delivery performance

Assisting with invoicing processes and payment follow-ups in coordination with Accounts

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or marketing coordination role

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management abilities

A proactive, customer-first mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Experience with CRM systems and order tracking software

Competency with the MS Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., CMS, social media schedulers, webinar software)

A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support wherever needed

Background in agriculture, manufacturing, or distribution businesses is advantageous

Understanding of basic logistics processes and stock management is desirable
