The IT Systems Coordinator is responsible for reviewing all IT systems within the company to ensure alignment with business goals. This role involves ensuring that all processes are followed, implemented, and reassessed as necessary.

The IT Systems Coordinator will monitor business assets and consult with the financial controller regarding asset purchases. Additionally, this role includes assessing, planning, and implementing training sessions in collaboration with ICTechnology for all departments on the software they utilise.

The IT Systems Coordinator will also assess, configure, plan, and implement software solutions, ensuring compliance with IT standards for the business and all users. Developing policies and procedures related to IT systems and software to safeguard the business and enhance functionality is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Review all IT systems within the company to ensure alignment with business goals.

Ensure that all processes are followed, implemented, and reassessed as necessary.

Monitor business assets and consult with the financial controller regarding asset purchases.

Assess, plan, and implement training sessions in collaboration with ICTechnology for all departments on the software they utilize.

Assess, configure, plan, and implement software solutions.

Ensure compliance with IT standards for the business and all users.

Develop policies and procedures related to IT systems and software to safeguard the business and enhance functionality.

Proactively monitor and manage IT assets to prevent issues before they affect operations, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt issue resolution.

Provide strategic IT planning, assessments, and advisory services to align technology with business goals.

Set up, configure, and maintain email systems and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth communication, reliability, and scalability.

Offer physical on-site support for troubleshooting, hardware installation, network setup, and other IT-related activities that require in-person attention.

Develop and execute a disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity, including data recovery, failover processes, and testing of recovery procedures.

Manage mobile devices to ensure security, compliance, and performance across various platforms, including device tracking, application management, and security policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT systems management.

Strong understanding of IT standards and compliance requirements.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to assess and implement software solutions effectively.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be working on site at a client premises, representing ICTechnology in day to day responsibilities.

The IT Systems Coordinator will work closely with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service.

You are employed by ICTechnology but will be working and be based at client premises for 3 days a week.
