My ADHD Centre Bondi is a growing multidisciplinary clinic located in the heart of Bondi Junction, specialising in the diagnosis and management of ADHD. Our team of experienced psychiatrists and paediatricians provides comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and treatment plans in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment. Since opening in 2022, we’ve built a strong reputation for clinical excellence, compassionate care, and efficient service delivery. We use a range of modern digital systems to streamline patient bookings, billing, and communication. With ongoing expansion and a commitment to innovation, we’re now looking for a System Administrator to support our operational infrastructure and contribute to our next phase of growth.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional with a solid background in system administration and an interest in digital and web technologies. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clinic’s IT systems, ensuring reliability, security, and a smooth experience for both staff and patients. The role also includes supporting the clinic’s internal digital materials and online presence.

As our new IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Administer and maintain clinic management systems and digital tools used across clinical and administrative operations.

Conduct system testing, implement updates, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth functionality and data integrity.

Provide IT support across the clinic, including troubleshooting hardware (computers, EFTPOS terminals, network connections).

Monitor network performance and ensure stable access to all cloud-based and communication systems.

Coordinate with external IT providers to support system integration, security, and service-level compliance.

Assist in the planning and introduction of new technologies that improve clinical workflows and patient experience.

Collaborate with staff to maintain and update internal digital materials such as intake forms, templates, and web content.

Ensure all digital communications and materials are accessible and tailored to neurodiverse users.

Organise and maintain internal documentation and digital asset archives.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a relevant ICT qualification or has equivalent professional experience.

Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a system administration or IT support role.

Strong technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and network management skills.

Familiarity with cloud-based systems and digital operations in a service-based environment.

Basic skills in digital design or content management are desirable.

Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative work style.

Comfortable working in a healthcare or clinical environment, supporting multidisciplinary teams.
