Join a well establish CA firm that has over 80 years of experience in the market working across a range of services including Tax, Business Advisory, Audit & Assurance, SMSF, and Wealth Management. The firm services a broad portfolio of clients across family groups, small to medium enterprises, and larger corporates. Industries can include construction, real estate, mining, retail, trade, medical, and executives.

The are now seeking a highly driven Intermediate Accountant to come on broad in their Business Services team. In the position you will be building and honing in on your technical skills and gaining exposure to a new and interesting experiences that a firm of this size and network can offer. You will be working in a dynamic team where the Partners encourage you to voice your ideas and contributions.

Key responsibilities include:
• Prepare working papers, financial statements, reconciliations, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Liaise with clients and the Australian Tax Office (ATO) to resolve queries and support
• Provide benchmarking reports and identify improvements in client accounting systems
• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS for sole traders, individuals, partnerships, companies, and trusts

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in Business Services and be studying towards or completed their CA/CPA. As an individual you will be motivated, perform well in a fast-paced environment, enjoy a challenge and have excellent communication skills.
