The Role

As the AR Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Bank reconciliation for multiple accounts

Process credit card payments in multiple currencies

Collection calls and emails

Client receipting

Advise on receipt of client prepayments

Update the unallocated cash report

Assist with vendor set up

Handle incoming client queries

Your Background

To be considered for this AR Officer role, you must possess most of the following attributes:

Legal industry experience (or similar)

Prior experience performing full-function Accounts Receivable (AR)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
