The role

Act as a key contact for your own portfolio of clients

Provide CFO-level insights and advisory to growing businesses

Deliver tax compliance services, including returns, BAS, and structuring advice

Assist with management accounting and some light bookkeeping using Xero

Support startups with financial strategy and practical setup as they scale

Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and client experience

Utilise latest technologies to increase efficiencies

About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting roles

CA/CPA qualified or working towards it (not essential)

Strong professional communication skills with a client-first approach

Confident using Xero; hands-on and not afraid to dive into detail

A team player who works hard when it's work time—and switches off when it’s not

Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing practice
