About the Role:
As a Contract Administrator or Project Administrator, you will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the efficient coordination and administration of construction projects.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Supporting contract management, including preparation, negotiation, and administration of subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Assisting in project reporting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
- Coordinating RFIs, variations, claims, progress claims and contract documentation.
- Working closely with project managers, estimators, site teams, and finance to maintain alignment across project deliverables.
- Tracking and maintaining registers (procurement, drawings, approvals, etc.) and ensuring timely updates.
- Providing general project and administrative support including documentation preparation, minutes of meetings, and workflow coordination.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Contract Administration or Project Administration role within construction, civil, infrastructure, or mining projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, project processes, and documentation.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced project environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally experience with systems such as Cheops, Jobpac, Aconex, Procore, or similar.
