Rise is hiring a whizz on all things systems in this administrator support position. This opportunity is fixed-term for 6 months (possible extension) working 45.6 hours per fortnight. Hours/Days are flexible however you must be available on Thursdays & Fridays. You will be based working from various Rise locations (including Helen’s Place in Middle Swan) and once up-to-speed/approved you may enjoy some work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day, you will cover on the HelpDesk for our client management system (Procura) completing support tasks and assisting users with actioning and resolving any queries/issues. Additionally, you will providing training to staff on how to access and use the system.

Technical knowledge of a Client Management System
Experience with application administration and support
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
Knowledge of security best practices
Top-notch communication skills to efficiently support users!

Appointments to this position will be subject to a national police clearance. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
