We are a specialist clinic located in Toowong.
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, computer-savvy medical receptionist to join us part-time or full-time, starting immediately. We're a fun and dedicated crew who knows how to balance work and play. If you're chilled out and tech-savvy (always working smarter, not harder!), we'd love to hear from you!
Your working hours will be set on a 8-hour shift from Monday-Thursday between 8am-6pm, Friday 7.15am-1.15pm (yes, you get to start your weekend early!).
We welcome candidates with no medical admin experience.
Experience Preferred but Not Essential :
✔ Previous experience as a medical receptionist
✔ Knowledge of Medicare and Private Health Fund billing (desirable)
✔ High level of customer and patient service
✔ Diligent, with a proactive attitude
✔ Strong email management skills
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
✔ Diary management of appointments
✔ Meet and greet patients
✔ Maintaining patient records
✔ Billing, receipting and end of day banking reconciliation
✔ Incoming phone enquiries and Email management
