Cox Automotive is looking for a driven OEM Partner Coordinator to manage key national accounts and support our OEM Partner Managers across VIC and NSW.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of national OEM accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and dealerships.
  • Support strategic planning and market expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to drive performance.
  • Deliver insights, reports, and improvements that make a real impact.
  • Keep systems like SAP and Salesforce humming with up-to-date data.

What You Bring

  • Experience in account management, or a related field.
  • A proven strength in communication, decision-making, and relationship-building.
  • A natural tendency to question the status quote when better is possible.
  • Highly organised, with a calm, solution-focused approach to resolving conflict and managing competing priorities.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • A current driver's license and a genuine love for the automotive world.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience managing customer portfolios.
  • Exposure to auctioneering or a desire to learn the craft.
  • A diploma in management or relevant field would be advantageous.
