About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator / Business Support professional to step into a well-established position at the heart of our business.
This role has been instrumental in keeping our sales function sharp and our operations seamless. Now, we’re ready to welcome someone new to carry that torch with fresh energy, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
You’ll be coordinating client communications, managing sales admin, handling operational enquiries, and helping our teams stay aligned and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
Track and manage sales opportunities, quotes, and approvals
Prepare client proposals and support procurement processes
Maintain CRM accuracy and support sales forecasting
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and the internal sales team
Coordinate team calendars, meetings, and follow-ups
Business and Operations Support
Respond to non-technical customer and supplier enquiries
Coordinate internal meetings, travel bookings, and stock/supplies
Maintain business documentation, templates, and onboarding forms
Assist with invoicing support and operational follow-ups
Contribute to cross-department workflow and process improvement
Requirements
3+ years in Sales Coordination, Business Support, or Office Administration
Exceptional organisation, multitasking, and communication skills
Confident, proactive, and solutions-oriented. You are a go-getter
Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and Teams Phone
Experience in a Managed Services or Cyber Security environment is a plus
