Executive Business Partner / Operations Support Coordination

An innovative, dynamic, growing technology scale up business with lots of passion and energy is expanding rapidly and requires an Executive Assistant / Business Operations Coordinator.

The role:

You will play a critical role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO and CTO by working closely with the Executive Business Partner. This role is focused on tactical execution, ensuring administrative excellence and operational momentum across meetings, calendars, communications, and events. The EA will act as a force-multiplier, enabling the Executive Business Partner to focus on strategic initiatives and high-level stakeholder engagement.

About You:

Previous experience in a scaling Technology business where wearing multiple hats is the norm.

The ability to find a solution with minimal direction and information is essential

Previous experience supporting business executives / founders is essential.

Previous experience in legal / contracts administration would be great.

You are proactive, and reliable, with a bias for action and a can-do attitude.

You are a clear communicator and can tailor tone appropriately to any stakeholder, strong in concise written communication and crafting presentations.

You have business acumen and understand commercial issues.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
