With strong growth, a creative culture and a sharp focus on service, they’re now looking for someone to join their energetic team based in South Yarra head office or the Keysborough office.

Role Overview:
This is a hands-on sales support role where you’ll play a key part in converting inbound leads and managing the full sales process. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling quotes, coordinating with internal teams and helping drive opportunities forward. You’ll also qualify leads for the senior sales team and keep the pipeline moving. It’s ideal for someone confident, organised and ready to learn fast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email, delivering great service
• Prepare tailored quotes and follow up to convert them into orders
• Manage the full sales process from quote to invoice to production coordination
• Qualify larger opportunities and pass them through to the senior sales team
• Work closely with Account Managers, Suppliers and Production Teams
• Keep CRM records up to date and ensure smooth internal handovers
• Ask smart questions, build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities

Skills & Attributes:

• 1–2 years’ experience in inbound sales, customer service or admin-heavy roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable quoting, coordinating and updating CRMs
• Confident dealing with customers and building rapport
• Self-motivated but also a team player
• Experience in branded merchandise or marketing services is a bonus
• Driver’s licence and access to a car (travel reimbursed under company policy)
