The Role: Visual Sales Designer

You’ll be the trusted advisor clients turn to when they want to turn an idea into neon reality. It’s part creative guide, part brand storyteller, part solution architect.

We’re not looking for a cold-caller.
We’re looking for a natural communicator with empathy, aesthetic sense, and the drive to learn world-class persuasion. Think tactical empathy, mirroring, labelling—you’ll be trained in all of it.

You’ll work closely with both everyday customers and global brands, helping them bring their creative vision to life. You don’t need to be a sales gun—we’ll teach you the tools. But you do need heart, hunger, and taste.

Role Details

Title: Visual Sales Designer (Telephone-Based)

Location: Tuggerah HQ (on-site)

Type: Full-time

Salary: $60K base + uncapped commissions (OTE $90K+)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (some flexibility available)

What You’ll Be Doing

Chatting with inbound leads to understand their vision

Providing creative consultation and design-driven recommendations

Writing quotes, managing follow-ups, and nudging deals to the finish line

Updating leads in Hubspot CRM (we’ll show you how)

Working closely with our tight-knit Sales & Design team to hit shared goals

Building genuine relationships

Bringing energy, empathy, and creativity to every customer call

This Role Is Perfect For You If You’ve Been...

A freelance designer who loves client interaction

A marketing coordinator who explains ideas in a clear, human way

An event manager or project lead used to juggling requests and delivering bespoke solutions

A retail interiors or styling consultant with strong aesthetic instincts

What You’ll Need

Great phone manner and clear communication style

Confidence to hold a conversation and build trust quickly

Curiosity, creativity, and an eye for visual detail

Experience in sales, customer service, or client management (even informally)

Hunger to learn advanced persuasion tools

Bonus: familiarity with Hubspot CRM or quoting tools
