About the Role

We’re seeking a Retail Sales and Design Consultant to join our team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll help clients with product selection, colour consulting, and tailored solutions for their projects — from DIY to trade.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate product information, including features, pricing, measurements, and availability.

Assist customers with colour consulting and design advice

Prepare quotes and follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales

Manage merchandising and maintain a high-quality showroom presentation

Support logistics coordination for product deliveries and pickups

Assist with basic admin tasks such as raising invoices and purchase orders

Use Microsoft Office, Excel, and AI tools to manage quotes, orders, and customer records

Collaborate with the team to deliver a modern, customer-first retail experience

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills

An eye for design, colour, and detail

Basic digital literacy (Excel, Microsoft Suite, AI tools)

Some experience in retail, building, or design preferred

A team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Comfortable with basic maths and handling product measurements
