What will you be doing?

You will:

Deliver an exceptional in-store experience through personalised, consultative service

Build and maintain strong VIP client relationships using CRM tools and clientelling techniques

Assist with visual merchandising to reflect the brand's elevated image

Support boutique operations including stock management and after-sales care

Drive sales by understanding client needs and offering thoughtful product recommendations

Collaborate closely with your team to deliver on boutique goals and service standards

Who are you?
You bring experience in luxury or premium retail and a genuine passion for exceptional service. You're confident, polished, and naturally at ease in one-on-one interactions.

You have:

Proven experience in luxury or high-end retail environments

A strong track record in consultative sales and clientelling

Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished presence

A natural ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

Experience working with CRM systems to manage client data

A passion for styling, fashion, or fine goods and an eye for detail
