We’re looking to expand our front-line team and bring on a passionate Customer Sales Specialist who understands the 4WD lifestyle and knows how to connect with a wide range of customers. Whether it’s tradies kitting out work vehicles, grey nomads heading off-grid, weekend warriors chasing adventure, or everyday drivers needing practical storage solutions, your job is to help them get the right gear and make the entire experience smooth, friendly, and worth coming back for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Engage with customers in-store, online and over the phone.
● Quote and process orders for vehicle fit-outs, drawers, power solutions, and accessories.
● Help match the right products to the customer’s touring style and budget.
● Maintain a clean, organised showroom and support warehouse team where needed.
● Deliver exceptional customer service - from first contact to after-sales follow-up.

● Occasional weekend trade show (2-3 per year)

What You Need to Bring:

● Experience in a sales or customer-facing role - automotive or 4WD industry preferred.
● Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport.
● Solid computer and quoting skills, with attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple customer requests and work autonomously when required.
● An understanding of the 4WD and touring market and genuine interest in helping people get adventure-ready.

Even Better If You Have:

● Hands-on knowledge of vehicle builds, drawer systems, and 12v setups.
● 4WDing, camping, or overlanding experience across Australia.
● Mechanical aptitude or a trade background (not essential, but helpful).
● Knowledge of current 4WD accessories and gear on the market.
