The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be primarily serving customers, selecting and selling products in-store and giving advice on product suitability, colour and design. A typical day will involve:

- Processing quotations and orders for customers

- Providing a professional and friendly relationship with customers

- Following up on customer enquiries and quotes

- Greeting customers when they enter the store

This role involves regular weekend work.

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment

- Have a good team work ethic

- Problem solving skills and high level of attention to detail

- Intermediate mathematics skills

- Interior Design experience is desired but not essential
