Your New Role

The Shire of Narrogin has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual to fill the role of a Customer Service Officer – Records in the Corporate Services Department

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in records management systems, electronic filing, and administrative processes.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Commitment to continuous improvement and adapting to evolving processes, including paperless systems.

Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as part of a team

Proficient time management and organisational skills

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service and people skills, and

Experience with Microsoft suite of product, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Salary package range of 58,379 - $69, 690 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience inclusive of:

Up to 15% with Council superannuation contribution
