Clerk Grade 9/10 $129,464 - $142,665 (plus super & annual leave loading)

About the role
This role provides oversight of DFV Connect, a client and case management system used by frontline domestic and family violence support services. The role will manage DFV Connect-related projects and business-as-usual activities, such as minor changes and bug fixes (in partnership with the relevant IT vendor), training, troubleshooting and other user support, and liaison with other agencies as needed.
The role also provides oversight of WDVCAP Unit training and change management activities, including managing the annual face-to-face forums for Women's Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service (WDVCAS) and Family Advocacy and Support Service (FASS) staff and the development of training materials and microsite resources.
About you
You are an experienced professional in systems and change management, skilled in overseeing projects and business-as-usual activities. You excel in user support, training, and liaising with various stakeholders. Your expertise ensures effective management of DFV Connect and the delivery of high-quality training and change management resources for WDVCAS and FASS staff.
We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.

The essential requirements for this role
You must:
be willing to do a Criminal Record Check and/or Working with Children Check
hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)
Highly desirable:
While IT and training qualifications are not required for this role, it is essential that the successful applicant has a level of confidence with technology and delivering training and can learn to navigate new IT systems quickly.
