What you'll do
They say many of the "people" problems and challenges are the same no matter where you go, and to an extent this is true, however the businesses we service are unique compared to others within the NSW Public Sector and with this comes the thrill of being exposed to something different and an opportunity to make a huge difference in the way things are done. Our coverage includes:
- Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery which covers the major jurisdictions within the NSW legal system of Supreme, District, Local, Children's, Drug and Coroners courts across more than 160 locations and supporting the various businesses who are responsible for facilitating the running of all court and tribunal matters in an efficient and safe manner.
- Law Reform and Legal Services is another part of the business which is not replicated anywhere else. Here, with a predominately qualified employee base, they write law, provide policy advice to ministers, provide legal advice and services including litigation, dispute resolution services and advocacy, and support the ministerial and parliamentary processes.
Our team partners with front line business areas but is incredibly well supported by centres of expertise covering specialist areas such as employee relations, workplace ethics, injury management and safety & wellbeing services. So, in short you don't have to do it all on your own.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who's not just ready to roll up their sleeves—but who's also eager to rise above the day-to-day and help shape how we serve our clients, and this role is central to driving that transformation forward. Our client groups are more eager than ever for deep, strategic partnerships—and we're committed to not just meeting, but exceeding those expectations. If you're someone who thrives on big-picture thinking, loves building meaningful client relationships, and wants to make a real impact, this is your opportunity to lead the charge.
