Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in/check-out guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Provide information about the hostel, local attractions, and transportation options
• Handle reservations and manage booking systems efficiently
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and booking software
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, friendly demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - 16+ hours per week.
