The Redcliffe Aero Club is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Receptionist to join our team on weekends and public holidays (more shifts available to cover leaves depending on flexibility).

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities

General reception and administrative duties

Welcome members and guests with a professional, warm demeanour

Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner

Process flights/lessons booking

General reception duties

Maintain and update membership records

Invoice customers using MYOB and process payments

Maintain a clean and presentable reception and kitchen area

Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Previous front-of-house, reception or customer service experience

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Impeccable personal presentation

Confident computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, MYOB experience a bonus)

The ability to work well independently and as part of a team

The role is primarily for weekends and public holidays but opportunity exists if desired to occasionally cover holiday period of weekday staff
