Mahony Roma Pty Ltd operates two of Brisbane’s most vibrant backpacker hostels, and we’re on the hunt for our the next superstar Receptionists to join our team.

- Role Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and providing top-quality customer service.

Handling check-ins, check-outs, and bookings (training provided).

Answering guest questions and sharing local tips.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and fun reception environment.

Assisting with daily operations to keep the hostel running smoothly.
