Join our friendly team at Aegean Apartments, Surfers Paradise – perfect for a people-person who loves helping guests and working in a vibrant holiday environment.

The role:

Casual position – approx. 21 hrs/week (ideally Tue, Wed, Thu – flexible)

Reception & guest services in a busy holiday/residential building

Reservations, check-in/check-out, payments, up-selling, guest requests

Liaising with residents, guests & contractors

Managing and resolving issues independently when they arise

You:

Friendly, approachable & confident

Calmly and professionally manage conflict

Hospitality or property management experience a plus (not essential)

Resly PMS & Gmail knowledge advantageous (training provided)
