As our next Team member, you will:

Be willing to go the extra mile to provide great guest service

Be the first point of call for guest enquiries

Be comprehensively trained on how to maintain the level of guest service and care necessary to be put into this role

Have previous Hotel reception experience.

Complete daily front office tasks such as; check ins, check outs, maintain guest accounts, complete reservations and assist guests during their stay.

Be required to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Assist other departments throughout the property as needed.

What we are looking for:

Prior experience in hospitality & or customer service industry highly desirable

People with a passion for providing quality guest service

Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality

Previous experience with Hotel Reservations is highly regarded

Previous experience with Protel or similar highly regarded

Attention to detail

The flexibility to work over a seven-day roster at a variety of times
