What Will You Be Doing?

Working in our modern head office, you’ll be the first point of contact for our students and swim teachers - handling enquiries via phone and email.

From guiding someone through their first steps in becoming a swim teacher, to assisting a veteran teacher upskill or renew their AUSTSWIM licence, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting the aquatics industry.

Whilst this is a busy role, the small friendly team work very collaboratively and share the workload to ensure all team members are supported.

Your Skills

We would love to welcome someone who is already in aquatics or education, however full training is provided, so industry experience is not essential. Communication skills, multi-tasking and computer literacy are primary focuses of recruitment. Familiarity with HubSpot and aXcelerate would be beneficial.
