About the role

Boutique Home Centre is seeking a full-time Customer Experience & Sales Support Consultant to join our vibrant team in Keilor, VIC. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our growing client base. With a focus on building strong relationships and understanding our customers' unique needs, you will play a crucial part in the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Delivering outstanding customer service and support to both in-store and online customers

Assisting customers with product selection, design ideas, and ordering processes

Maintaining accurate records and inventory management

Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience

Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the home improvement or retail industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand customer needs

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries and concerns effectively

Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems
