With the continuing growth of SHINY, we are seeking an energetic, proactive and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Marketing Assistant. You will be the face of SHINY to our clients – building relationships, promoting products and services, and helping to grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty

Visit customers (including interstate travel) to understand their needs, promote our core and new products range and decoration services.

Identify and develop potential customers who have the ability to become key accounts

Support and participate in trade shows and marketing events, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Gather and report on market feedback and insights to assist internal departments.

Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service and follow-up

To be successful in this role you must:

Have the ability to build strong relationships by being customer focused on customer service

Be self-motivated and sales driven.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be able to think creatively and be solution orientated.

Be reliable and available to travel within the designated territory

Must have a current Australian Driver’s License

Have customer service/marketing experience (preferred)
