About the Role:

As an HR Officer, you’ll manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. You’ll also support various HR projects, contributing to process improvements and team initiatives. Reporting to an experienced HR team lead, you’ll play a vital role in driving the team’s success.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience managing the employee life cycle, including onboarding, training, and offboarding;
• Solid understanding of general HR documentation, such as employee contracts and HR policies;
• Familiarity with HR Information Systems and or payroll systems;
• Systems savvy, enjoys investigating and finding solutions, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach; and
• Demonstrated ability to connect and communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
