📋Job Description
Maintain HR records and employee documentation
Provide advice on HR policies and employee relations
Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
Support training, development, and staff engagement activities
🎯 Experiences & Requirements
Knowledge of Fair Work Act and HR compliance requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
💼 Offer
Permanent full-time opportunity with a fast-growing business
70K – 80K + super
