Akyra is seeking a proactive HR Officer to join our team in a standalone role based on a client site. While you’ll be embedded with our client, you’ll be employed by Akyra and fully supported by our experienced HR team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Deliver end-to-end HR support – e.g. onboarding, compliance, employee relations, HR administration and payroll administration.

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes

Provide advice on Fair Work compliance and award interpretation.

Represent Akyra with professionalism and build strong client relationships.

SUCCESS FACTORS

Cert IV or higher in HR, Business Admin or related field or relevant equivalent experience

2+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role (consultancy experience a plus!)

Advanced computer skills, including HRIS maintenance and system navigation.

Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, HR best practices and payroll administration.

Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational skills and document production capabilities.

Willingness to learn and/or implement new technologies and system improvements.

A proactive, adaptable and client-focused approach to work.
