About the role

As an HR Officer at 1stcarecommunity', you will play a vital role in supporting our team and driving the success of our HR initiatives. This full-time position is based in Acacia Ridge, QLD, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our organisation. Working time will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and WHS.

Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation

Coordinating training and development programs for our employees

Collaborating with managers to address HR-related issues and finding solutions

Participating in projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience

Liaise with third parties regarding HR matters such as Work Cover, Employment consulting company.

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Consulting & Generalist HR role

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
