Anvers Winery is a Premium Restaurant and Seasonal Casual Dining venue situated in the picturesque Adelaide Hills. With a 25-year established wine business now boasting a brand new, architecturally designed restaurant and cellar door.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Kitchen team.
Key responsibilities would include:
· Working closely with the Executive chef & Sous chef in menu planning and design
· Occasional weddings and events
· Passion to improve, grow and develop as we reach for awards
· Passionate about working with local and seasonal produce
· Be able to work in a fast-paced multi-faceted venue

· Predominately lunch service only
· 4 days lunch service, 1 day prep
· Positive and supportive work culture
· Must be available on weekends
The ideal candidate would have experience in high-end dining establishments be able to confidently conduct themselves in a fast-paced service. Clear communication is crucial to success and permanent visa is a must.
