The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated chef ready to step into a leadership position. This role is ideal for a current Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie looking to take the next step. As the Head Chef, you'll take ownership of kitchen operations, mentor junior team members, and work closely with management to shape menus that reflect the venue's unique style. You'll lead with a hands-on approach, ensuring high standards are maintained across all services - from everyday dining to large-scale functions.
