The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant and Martha Hardy's Restaurnat Kitchen team. This will be a hands-on role in a high-end environment working with a passionate and focused team. You will be able to learn from your peers, develop your skills and progress your career. If you are naturally passionate, energetic and motivated and take great pride in your work, you are exactly what we are looking for.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing dishes to the highest standard

Working as a team to provide our customers with the best quality service

Working with seasonal produce

Supporting the kitchen team and leaders as required

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Skills in traditional and modern techniques, food provenance, quality produce and seasonality

Exceptional time management skills

Imagination to explore new cooking avenues

Well versed in maintaining a high level of kitchen hygiene

Reliable and punctual
