Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a clinical coder - candidates with various levels of experience are welcome to apply!
• Ideally exposure to a varied and complex casemix
• A comprehensive understanding of medical terminology and a proven track record of accurately interpreting complex medical records
• Proficiency with different coding systems and medical software
• Highly developed attention to detail, time management and adaptability to consistent changes in healthcare regulations
• Strong communication and analytical skills
