Join Our Team at Myhealth Boronia – Casual Medical Receptionist Opportunities

We are a mixed billing general practice located in the heart of Boronia, and we’re currently looking for two friendly, professional, and highly organized Medical Receptionists to join our warm and supportive team on a casual basis.

About the Role

Casual position: 2–3 days per week

Rotating roster with shifts scheduled between Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM , Saturday 8:45 AM – 1:30 PM, specific working days are negotiable

Flexibility to cover staff leave is highly regarded

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

A minimum of one year’s experience in a general practice (GP) setting

Familiarity with Best Practice Premier (highly desirable)

Strong communication and customer service skills

The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and stay organised in a busy environment

Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication

A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

A commitment to following procedures and meeting clinic standards

Additional Information

This is a casual position, with hourly rates in accordance with the Health Professionals & Support Services Award.
