The Client:
Our client is one of the world's most innovative software and automation solution providers, delivering end-to-end warehouse and intralogistics systems across Australia and the broader APAC region.
With a newly opened, state-of-the-art office, this fast-growing global leader is driving major digital transformation across the logistics and industrial automation sectors.

Due to sustained project wins and pipeline growth, they are now looking for an experienced Software & Systems Integration Project Manager to join their Australian team.

Your Responsibilities:
As the Software & Systems Integration Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of project delivery - leading software solution implementations across a diverse portfolio of client sites.

You will:
* Lead the full project lifecycle post-sale - from technical scoping and architectural planning to software integration, configuration, testing, and handover.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, QA testers, and PMs to ensure seamless, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
* Serve as the key client interface on assigned projects across Australia (and broader APAC and MEA when required).
* Drive project documentation including charters, technical specs, budgeting, risk mitigation and delivery schedules.
* Liaise with client stakeholders across all levels, building trust and delivering clarity throughout the implementation.
* Balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving during project execution.

About You:
You're a detail-oriented and commercially intelligent project leader who enjoys working across tech and business teams. You take pride in executing complex software projects that directly enhance operations and business performance.

You will have:
* At least 5 years experience in software project management - ideally in industrial automation, logistics, warehousing or adjacent industries.
* Solid understanding of software architecture, technical integrations and solution delivery.
* Experience managing project documentation, budgets, risk and timelines in dynamic environments.
* Excellent client-facing skills - you can build trust with senior stakeholders and drive collaboration.
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Programming.
* An eagerness to continuously learn new platforms and software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in warehouse automation, WMS or supply chain software (ideal but not essential).
