About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial and/or residential construction projects, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all phases of construction projects from concept through completion

· Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders

· Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

· Oversee procurement of materials and coordination of subcontractors

· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

· Provide regular updates to senior management and clients

· Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (minimum 3–5 years)

· Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and regulatory requirements

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills

· Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong communication and negotiation abilities

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
